1. License Warranty Policy:
(1.1) Each license has a separate warranty period.
(1.2) Actions will be taken against any license found to be defective within the said warranty period and the warranty shall be valid if the license is defective.
(1.3) If there is a problem with the license within the warranty period, we will replace it.
(1.4) Warranty will not be valid in the event that the warranty period exceeded or in the event of problem caused by buyer’s device.
2. Other Service Warranty Policy:
(2.1) Warranty period is specified separately for each services.
(2.2) If there is any problem with the service during the warranty period, it will be solved. Adverse circumstances may lead to time delays.
(2.3) Warranty will not be valid in case the warranty period is exceeded or in case of a problem caused by the buyer’s device.
(2.4) The replacement warranty will be applicable for the physical product up to the specified period.
3. Product Delivery Process:
(3.1) As our services are digital, all our products are delivered via email.
(3.2) It must be requested that you provide the correct email to order. In the event of an incorrect email, please contact us immediately, provided it is within the warranty period.
(3.3) Usually the product delivery time is 1 to 24 hours, but in adverse circumstances it can be up to 7 working days.
4. Process of providing warranty support:
(4.1) During the warranty period, if the customer faces any problem, support will be provided remotely, i.e. it is mandatory to be on the customer’s device (TeamViewer) or (Anydesk).
(4.3) No complaint or comment will be entertained without the details mentioned in the product.
(4.4) Online Software Zone shall not be liable to provide any support beyond the warranty period.
(4.5) Online Software Zone is not responsible for providing support other than servicing the products sold.
5. Termination of Services:
(5.1) We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user’s service if any user violates the proper use of the service.
(5.2) In case of suspension of any service, the amount paid by the user will not be refunded.
6. Payment Policy:
(6.1) No separate charges will be applicable for bKash Online Payment.
(6.2) In case of using Manual Payment, no charge will be applicable in case of bank payment, in case of mobile banking, their prescribed charges will be added, which are bkash-1.85%, Nagad-1.50%, Rocket-1.60%, Upay-1. 00%, and Cellfin 0%
(6.3) In cases of bank transfers (NPSB, RTGS, or BEFTN), the product or service will be delivered after the money is deposited in our account.
(6.4) In case of international payment, the customer must send a clear picture of the card through which the payment was made and a clear picture of the cardholder’s Voter ID national ID driving Driving or passport to our official email, Facebook page / Live chat. (The first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number must be clearly viewable in the picture; otherwise, the order will not be delivered.).
