Product delivery time:
It will be delivered to the customer’s email within 5–24 hours of ordering.

Product Return:
After all digital products ordered have been successfully delivered, refunds or returns cannot be applied for. Returns are applicable if the physical products ordered are in damaged condition and must include an unboxing video. A refund will be applicable if the product is not in stock, or an exchange will be provided. If the product ordered does not conform to the specified description and fails to deliver within the stipulated time, a refund will be applicable.

Refund:
If the buyer is considered for a refund, then the refund application must be made within 24 hours from the time of ordering. In the case of a refund, 7 to 10 working days will be applicable. In the case of a refund, the fee / charge by the bank will be borne by the buyer.
